I created Peace & Light Candle Co in 2019 after finding a passion for hand crafting candles. I decided to create scented candles that create vibe in your space and spirit. There is nothing more evoking than a scent, scents create memories, and take you places. The light stimulates your vision both physically and mentally. When lighting our candles set good intentions, believe that you will receive what you wished for and watch how your life changes.
I truly believe scents create positive energy, stress relief and tranquility. My products are clean and sustainable.
Shipping and Return Policy
I strive to make your customer experience smooth and delightful, from the moment you place your order until you unbox your Peace & Light Candle Co purchase. If it were possible to personally deliver each order to our customers I would do so. Once the package leaves my hands, I unfortunately have little control over how the carrier cares for it on its way to you.
IMPORTANT: Please double check your addresses - especially shipping address - before placing your order. Once your order is placed it is very difficult for us to make any changes.
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and let me know within three (3) days if any significant damage occurred in transit. Please provide images of the damages and email us at peaceandlightcandleco@gmail.com.
If you believe your package has been lost...
There has been an uptick in UPS and USPS carriers scanning in packages before they actually arrive at your door. Please allow 5 business days before contacting us for a replacement to be sent.
If your order was shipped via UPS or USPS…
In some instances, packages remain in “pre-shipment” for the term of its journey to you. This means the item may arrive at your door while tracking on the USPS interface is still pending. We have spoken to USPS staff personally and have been told, in the interest of moving packages along faster, some facilities forego scanning.
How can I personally assist with delayed shipments?
I am not able to view any more tracking information beyond what USPS & UPS communicate on their tracking interface. UPS has been more diligent in communicating when an item is delayed which I are grateful for.

Hot Weather Shipping Policy
To prevent as much heat damage to our candles and body butters during shipping, we check the weather at the destination address for each order during the spring/summer months.
We do everything we can to ensure that your candles and/or body butters arrive to you perfectly in the hot summer months. Shipping wax and body butters in the summer months, we rarely have ever had an issue. However, UPS will not reimburse for melted candles or body butters with that in mind, please understand that Peace & Light Candle Co LLC will not be held libel for melted products.
Please know that you are ordering at your own risk but that we do everything we can to wrap and package your goodies to withstand the warmer temps. It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time.
