If your candle doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should perform, please contact me at peaceandlightcandleco@gmail.com or (919) 886-0210 so that we can make it right!
Please contact us before proceeding with the below.
We will exchange any merchandise in its original condition within 10 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice/receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unburned, undamaged items for replacement. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Burned or damaged candles CANNOT be returned, unless specifically requested or pre-authorized directly by Peace & Light Candle Co LLC
You may exchange your merchandise two ways:
1. List the in stock items you want to exchange on your invoice and send the items back to:
