Peace & Light Candles are small batch, intimate space, hand crafted, 100% soy wax candles. The soy wax is purchased locally which in turn supports the economy locally. These scented candles were created to provide a healthy non-toxic holistic alternative to create positive energy, stress relief and tranquility to your mind, body, spirit and space.  Every candle is free from carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other potentially hazardous chemicals often found in fragrance.   

Peace and Light candles are made from 100% soy and coconut soy wax, phthalates-free, high quality fragrance and essential oils. I use all natural ring-spun cotton wicks that are metal-free.  

I take pride in hand-pouring each and every one of my candles every day.   My candles are made using natural soy wax, pure fragrance oils, essential oils and cotton paper wicks, resulting in a candle that is cleaning-burning, true-to-scent, and long-lasting.

To prevent as much heat damage to our candles and body butters during shipping, we check the weather at the destination address for each order during the summer months.  

****HOT SUMMER MONTHS - ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK****

We do everything we can to ensure that your wax and body butter goodies arrive to you perfectly in the hot summer months. Shipping wax and body butters in the summer months, we rarely have ever had an issue. However, UPS will not reimburse for melted candles or body butters, with that in mind, please understand that Peace & Light Candle Co LLC will not be held libel for melted products. Please know that you are ordering at your own risk but that we do everything we can to wrap and package your goodies to withstand the warmer temps. 

It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time. 

Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days of the time you completed your order depending on holidays and USPS/UPS shipping delays. 

Back orders will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. You must order 2 or more body butters to have your order approved and processed. You will receive an email with the details when you place your order. 

Peace & Light Candle Co LLC accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online. We process and ship orders Monday - Friday, except holidays and scheduled inventory days.  

Pick Up is available in Durham, NC. There is no fee associated with picking up your order. Our pick up days are typically Monday - Thursday between the hours of 12p-6p. To choose the pick up option, select Pick up at checkout. To schedule your appointment time please contact 919-886-0217 via call or text.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. In the event your order arrives damaged, please email peaceandlightcandleco@gmail.com ASAP for a return, exchange or replacement.  We ask that you send an email to us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged box and damaged product. Please take a photo with your phone and e-mail the image to peaceandlightcandleco@gmail.com with the name you placed your order with and a brief message, and we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within a few days. 

Shipping errors and inquiries must be communicated directly to the courier indicated within your shipping confirmation email.
